WHAT IS iASPIRE?
ESTABLISHED IN 2013
iAspire was established in 2013 and we now operate 24 supported living and individual support provisions all across the UK.
SAFE & SECURE HOMES
All our provisions have staff on site 24/7 with sleep in nights, all staff are DBS checked and all our homes are fitted with hard wired alarms, CCTV, and emergency lighting.
DELIVERING AMAZING STANDARDS
Our services are designed to work alongside the Care Leaver's Charter, to ensure each young person's placement is one that has excellent standards of service delivery.
PASSIONATE
Our passion and ethos is to ensure we provide safe, structured, outcome driven services to evaluate each young person's strengths and ambitions, to manage independence sucessfully and to see our young people prosper.
TEACHING LIFE SKILLS
Our social care delivery model seeks to promote self-efficiency, giving individuals a belief in their own abilities and competencies. Support packages are designed to identify needs to develop the practical and emotional skills required to live independently.
AN EXPERIENCED TEAM
Our staff team are made up of qualified or working towards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and have relevant experience. Our provision managers have or are working towards NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
